Devite is a digital invitation application where you can manage event invitations, send invitations via SMS or WhatsApp, track RSVPs, and see guest counts through the app's response page.

We recommend sending invitations 3-5 days before the event so guests have time to decide and add it to their weekly schedule.

  • Two green checkmarks ✔️✔️ next to the guest's name means the message was delivered
  • Three green checkmarks ✔️✔️✔️ means the guest opened the message
  • Receiving an RSVP is clear confirmation of delivery

  • Guests can add the invitation date to their calendar through the invitation link.
  • When creating the campaign, select how many times you want to send reminders (besides the first time). Example: First message sent tomorrow at 10:00, second message after two days at 11:00.

Yes, for example if you're inviting a couple, you can send one invitation in their joint names (see examples in the templates section). When responding, they can specify the number of attendees.

It will be delivered exactly at the time and date you specify, with a possible slight delay of a few minutes (rarely occurs).

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp, and we'll resend invitations for free to any contact who didn't receive the message.

You choose the sending method - SMS or WhatsApp (coming soon), and the system sends according to your selection.

Depending on your location, there might be restrictions on invitation timing.
But according to statistics, the best time to send invitations is between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Through the responses page, you can download the guest list along with their responses.

  • Click on "View Template" on the campaign page - you'll see the link that will be sent with the message, containing the invitation image, location, and details you entered.
  • When building the template or on the update page, you'll see at the bottom how the message will appear to guests.

  • You can cancel sending invitations to all guests or a specific group up to 48 hours before sending, by requesting via WhatsApp or email.
  • Financially, refunds will be processed within 14 working days only to the card used for payment.

Yes, you can change any details you want before the sending time. After invitations are sent, nothing in the message can be changed.
It's not recommended to make changes on the sending day.

Yes, all data is deleted from the database within 14 days.
After the deletion process, you'll receive a confirmation message.
Data cannot be recovered or restored after permanent deletion.

Through the user page, click on the person icon in the top right corner to access account settings and change your phone number.

The app works fully on Android and iOS systems.

Invitations cannot be restored if accidentally deleted, so please be careful when deleting.

No, details are not used for any other purpose. Only the user who entered the details is authorized to use them.
Regarding designs, Devite retains the right to use the design only if created by its own team.

We provide maximum privacy and use the strongest security tools to protect information and the application.

We perform periodic updates, and after each modification we send a message to all users about the app update.

No, invitations are delivered as messages and don't require the app to view them.

  • Guests can easily add events to their calendars through the invitation link
  • Direct integration with user calendars (Google Calendar etc.) is currently under development

No, there's no limit to the number of messages you can send per campaign.

  • Import from contacts: Upload names and numbers directly from your device's saved contacts
  • Import from Excel file: Upload an Excel sheet containing names and numbers, following the template and instructions in the app
  • Manual entry: Add each name and phone number individually within the app

Yes, you can create separate campaigns for each event and manage them independently.

Payments are processed through PayPal, a secure and trusted payment gateway. You can use:
  • Bank card (Credit Card) via PayPal
  • Direct PayPal account

Yes, you can set specific send times when creating your campaign.

You can delete a campaign from its management page. Important: Deleted campaigns cannot be recovered.

You only pay for the services you request - no monthly subscriptions or point systems:
  • Sending invitations: Pay per contact you invite
  • Custom designs: Paid separately
  • Printed invitations: Minimum 100 copies, calculated separately including shipping

No, payment details are never stored. The app doesn't save your card or account information. All transactions are securely encrypted through PayPal.

The minimum order is 100 copies for printed invitations.
