Devite is a digital invitation app. Create and manage invitations for your event, send them by SMS or WhatsApp, and track who is coming and how many on the Answers page inside the app.

The sweet spot is three to five days before the event. That gives guests time to decide and reply and lets them fit it into their week.

  • Two green check marks next to the guest mean the message was delivered.
  • Three green check marks show the guest opened the link.
  • Receiving an RSVP is the clearest confirmation that the invite arrived.

  • Guests can add the event date to their calendar from the invitation link.
  • When you set up the campaign you can schedule extra sends beyond the first message. For example first message tomorrow at 10:00 and a second one in two days at 11:00.

Yes. For example you can invite a couple in one message. See the templates section for examples. In their RSVP they can enter the total number of attendees.

Delivery happens at the exact date and time you set. In rare cases there may be a delay of a few minutes.

Message us on WhatsApp right away. We will resend at no charge to any contacts who did not receive the invite.

Choose SMS or WhatsApp. The system sends based on your selection.

Local rules can limit send times depending on your region. Based on our data the best window is from 10 00 in the morning to 18 00 in the evening.

It shows how many are coming for that guest. Example Amir Yes 2 means Amir is coming with one additional person.

Guests are free to respond or not.

From the Answers page you can download the guest list together with their responses.

  • Select View Template on the campaign page to see the link your guests will receive. You will see the invite image the venue and the details you entered.
  • When building or editing the template you can also see a live preview of the SMS message at the bottom.

Reach out on any of our channels and our team will create a design for you. The built in Devite designer will be available soon.

  • You can cancel for all guests or for a selected group up to forty eight hours before the scheduled send by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email.
  • Refunds are issued within fourteen business days to the same payment card that was used.

Yes. You can change details until the scheduled send time. After messages are sent the content cannot be changed. It is better to avoid edits on the same day you plan to send.

Yes. All data are deleted from our database within fourteen days and you will receive a confirmation message. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Go to your profile by tapping the avatar at the top right. From there you can update your phone number.

Devite supports both Android and iOS.

Deleted campaigns cannot be recovered. Please delete with care.

No. Only the user who provided the data can use it. Designs created by the Devite team may be reused in our portfolio.

We take privacy seriously and use industry standard security to protect your information and the app.

Yes. We ship periodic updates and notify users after each release.

No. Invitations arrive as a message with a link so there is no need to install the app to view them.

Currently we support SMS and WhatsApp and we are considering other channels for the future.

  • Guests can add the event to their calendars from the invitation link.
  • Direct integrations with user calendars such as Google Calendar are in development.

There is no fixed limit per campaign.

  • Import from Contacts. Load saved names and numbers directly from your device.
  • Import from Excel. Upload a sheet with names and phone numbers that follows the in app template.
  • Add manually. Enter each name and phone number one by one in the app.

Yes. Create a separate campaign for each occasion and manage them independently.

Payments are processed securely with PayPal. You can pay with a bank or credit card through PayPal or with your PayPal account.

Yes. Choose your preferred send times when you build the campaign.

Delete it from the campaign management page. Important. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

You only pay for what you use. No monthly plan and no credit bundles.
  • Sending invitations. Pricing is based on the number of contacts you send to.
  • Custom design if requested. Charged separately.
  • Printed invitations optional. Minimum of one hundred copies. Printing and delivery are priced separately.

No. We do not store card or account information. All transactions are encrypted and handled by PayPal.

Yes. You can order high quality printed invitations delivered to the address you choose.

The minimum order is one hundred copies.

Printing usually takes three to five business days after design approval and payment.

Yes. You approve the final proof before we print. Nothing is printed without your confirmation.

At the moment we support SMS and WhatsApp and we may add other channels later.

We ship to the address you provide using a local courier or express mail service.

Yes. We can send a proof on WhatsApp or by email for your approval.

High quality PDF PNG or JPG files are accepted.
